Batavia, Ohio. Looking for inexpensive holiday decorations? Check out the Clermont County Park District’s Holiday Wreath workshop on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the Hartman log cabin, located at 5272 Aber Road in Williamsburg; the class will begin at 7 p.m. “We’ll use honeysuckle branches to craft the wreath and then decorate it with white pine branches and holly,” said Clermont Parks’ naturalist Laura Seals. “The final stop will involve wrapping seasonal ribbon around the wreath and then making a raffia ribbon to top it off.”
She says this is a project the whole family can enjoy. “All materials are provided, so you will need to pre-register by December 12,” said Seals. “There is a $3 cost for each wreath.” For more information about the Holiday Wreath workshop, contact the Clermont County Park District at (513) 876-9013.
